Tricks for good taste:
- Roast Peanuts on low flame
- Do not over bake the cookies.
- Grind the peanuts on high speed, scrape it after a pulse. Repeat it for 3 pulses.
- Grind the peanuts when it is warm. It releases oil after 3 pulses.
- Vanilla flavour can be replaced in place of cardamom here.

- Oats –1 cup
- Groundnuts –0.5 Cup
- Oil –1/4th cup (4 Spoons)
- Jaggery (Cane sugar) – Half Cup or 8 spoons (can be replaced with white sugar)
- Cardamom –3 pods
- Banana –1
- Baking Soda—0.5tsp
- Dates –8 chopped
Step 1: Add 3 pods Cardamom/ Elaichi into Mixer.
Step 2: Add 1 Cup Oats.
Step 3: Grind it to Coarse Powder.
Step 4: Roast 0.5 Cup Peanuts on Low flame (takes ~10 Minutes).
Step 5: Add it to mixer when it’s warm and grind it for 3 pulses on high speed(till it releases oil).
Step 6: Add 1/4th Cup or 4 tbsp Oil (any flavourless, like Coconut oil or sunflower or vegetable oil).
Step 7: Add 0.5 Cup Jaggery (powdered) or 8 tbsp.
Step 8: Add 1 Banana coarsely chopped.
Step 9: Grind it to fine paste.
Step 10: Transfer it to a bowl and add 0.5tsp Baking Soda.
Step 11: Add ground Oats Mixture and 8 dates chopped, mix it well.
Step 12: How to Bake without Oven. Preheat a pan with 1 cup Salt for 10 minutes.
Step 13: Bake for 30 Minutes on low flame (cover it tightly).
** How to bake using Oven: Preheat 10 minutes for 180 deg. Celsius and bake it for 20 Minutes.
